| Zusammenfassung: | Ein Strukturmodell umweltschonenden Handelns in Unternehmen wird entwickelt. Das Modell umfasst intraindividuelle (primär stresstheoretische) und kontextuelle Einflussfaktoren (soziales und räumliches Handlungsumfeld etc.). So wird einerseits Wissen zu Bedingungen des Umwelthandelns zusammengetragen und andererseits eine Grundlage für eine bessere Förderung und Stabilisierung dieses Handelns aufgezeigt. Um die Nützlichkeit des Modells für Interventionen zu verdeutlichen, werden zudem Mittel beschrieben, mit denen die Einflussfaktoren so gestaltet werden können, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit für Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung des Umwelthandelns steigt. Ausgehend von dem Strukturmodell und den Interventionsmitteln werden Forschungsthemen und Fragen zum Praxistransfer diskutiert. |

| Abstract: | Environmental actions in enterprises - A survey of influential factors and formation approaches from a social and environmental psychological perspectiveA structural model of environmentally protective actions in enterprises is developed. The model includes intra-individual (primarily based on stress theory) and contextual factors (e.g. social and spatial environment for action). On the one hand knowledge on conditions for environmental actions is gathered and on the other hand a basis for the better promotion and stabilisation of actions is established. In order to highlight the usefulness of the model for interventions, means are discussed that help to create factors that increase the probability for the implementation and maintenance of environmental actions. On the basis of this structural model and the formation approaches, scientific topics and questions on the transfer to practise are discussed. |
